  • Are all air filters the same? How often should I replace them?

    No, the best filters are the one month duration. Three months and up are more closed and restrict the airflow of your unit, causing additional wear and tear to your equipment, increasing the time it takes your unit to turn off and consequently make you spend more on electricity.


    A filter should be changed on a monthly basis. In some cases, having additional traffic or more than 6 people in the home will cause more dirt in your filter before months end. Particularly if the exit doors are opening and closing more frequently. This may cause you to have to replace your filter every 2-3 weeks.


    There is no need to buy a more expensive filter to get a cleaner home with no allergies. You can buy the one month replacement and change it more frequently depending on your household needs. You can also add a UV light to kill mildew, bacteria and more!
